LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS:

1. 6 cups (1,35 liters) of cold water
2. 2 cups (450 ml) of lemon juice (8 to 10 lemons) 3. 1 cup (225 g) of sugar

STEP 1 : First, you Find a large jar. The jug should be capable of holding 8 cups (2 liters) of liquid.

STEP 2 : Then, you Squeeze some lemons to make lemon juice. You will need 2 cups (450 ml) of lemon juice, which will require 8 to 10 lemons. Cut the lemons in half and use a citrus juicer, a hand juicer or a wooden juicer to squeeze the juice from the lemons.

STEP 3 : After that, you Pour the lemon juice into the jar. You can add the pulp if you want a thicker lemonade or you can throw it along with the seeds. If you do not want the pulp, you can put a colander on the jar, before pouring lemon juice into it. The colander will trap the pulp. Once all the juice is in the jar, remove the strainer from the jar and throw away the pulp and seeds.

STEP 4 : Next, you Incorporate a little cold water. You will need 6 cups (1.4 liters) of cold water. You can also use sparkling water to get a carbonated lemonade.

STEP 5 : Next, you Add the sugar. You will need 1 cup (225 g) of sugar. If you prefer that your lemonade be less sweet, simply use a little less sugar.

STEP 6 : Then, you Stir the lemonade and try it. You can use a large spoon or a wire whisk. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. It is normal for some sugar granules to remain at the bottom of the jar. At this point, you can try the lemonade to see if it needs more or less sweet.
STEP 7 : Afterwards, you Place the lemonade in the refrigerator. Leave it there for 3 hours or more, until you consider it cold.

STEP 8 : Finally, you Serve the lemonade on ice. Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the lemonade on top. You can decorate it with a slice of lemon or some mint leaves, and that's it.
